~ a gardening and allotment notebook
I just love the name of this festival ;)
It looks wonderful - I shall add a link to this from today's post over at mine :)I'd heard about this, but sadly it's too far for me - so glad you've been able to visit and show us!
I love the concept of this - where canals go right through urban areas there is such scope for prettying them up, although on a large scale it is unlikely ever to happen I suppose
I've never seen Manchester looking so pretty before! Really beautiful with the canal and its reflections supporting all the plants.
I've just been browsing pictures of vertical gardens, so this is fitting. The planting in such an environment makes a huge difference - refreshing.
What a fabulous image, Manchester never looked like that when I lived there!
Thanks for all your comments which are much appreciated. Sorry for teasing you with what was an optical illusion - as revealed in my next post :)
All your comments are much appreciated and treasured. I wil try to reply to everyone who leaves a comment, but it may take me a few days, especially when I start spending more time in the garden and at the lottie. I know that you will understand :) I am sure that I will also visit your blog if I have not already done so. If you have any specific questions I will either reply to them here or you can email me at : firstname.lastname@example.orgNamasté- Anna.
