Keen to get growing. :) Never seen that before. My paper whites had big shoots on them but no roots. I had enough time to get them into pots and put them in the dark so roots could develop. Did they come through the post like that?
ReplyDeleteNo WW they did not come through the post but are the victims of a senior moment. I forgot that I had bought them and to add insult to injury had left them in a carrier bag!
DeleteHmmm, I think they'd be shouting "HELP!".
ReplyDeleteI think that indeed is what they were shouting Jo at the top of their voices :)
DeleteDetermination to bloom!

ReplyDeleteA very novel idea for plant containers Anna! ;-) They have done amazingly well.
ReplyDeleteSo annoying with the disappearing comments! I was just saying: What a cheeky picture, Anna! Does this say something about the gardener or the garden center selling those bulbs?! Take care :)
ReplyDeleteGet 'em planted.
ReplyDeleteOh no! The poor little things.! If they could talk they'd either be furious and using very rude words or quietly sobbing.
