We were there yesterday - Tuesday. Are you going to the evening light display?
ReplyDeleteWould have liked to have seen the evening light show Sue but we were there just coming up to a fortnight ago so we were too early. We still enjoyed a stroll around but the cold wind and intermittent drizzle curtailed it somewhat.
ReplyDeleteThe light show hadn’t started when we were there either. The first show was today 21st. It’s on until 28 December but just Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. We plan to go one evening.
DeleteI hope that you have a great evening there Sue and look forward to seeing some photos on your blog 😄
DeleteAlways interesting to see what is growing during the winter months.
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy peeking at vegetable gardens all year round Noelle. Would like to see this one in the summer.
DeleteOoh, you have been travelling - I wonder where else you have been? I expected to be a more regular visitor to Harlow Carr because my younger sister moved to Harrogate in May, but that will not now be the case
ReplyDeleteIt was just a short but still sweet break in Harrogate Cathy. We traveled by train and were there for two full days. Still time enough for a good wonder around the town, afternoon tea at Bettys and a visit to Harlow Carr. We last visited there on a late summers day at least twenty years ago. I'm so sorry that you will not be able to visit Harlow Carr as much as you had hoped to ((())))
