Hooray! There's definite signs of growth there, it will be back to it's former glory in no time at all now it's started to green up.

It's alive. I agree with Pauline. In no time you'll never be able to tell a surgery was performed. I know what you mean though. Trees are so very dear to our hearts, aren't they? Sorry I've been away so long. I hope, other than a bit of tree melancholy, you're doing well.
