    1. The flowers are cream Jo with hints of a subtle pale green and are most pretty. I'm trying to hide the gabion wall behind :)

  2. I'm not sure I understand the title of your post but the white flowers are lovely - are they chaenemoles (spelling)!

  3. The title is a reference to my hopes that the plant will cover some of the wall behind it Elaine :)
    You are are right it is indeed a chaenomeles - in this case chaenomeles speciosa 'Yukigoten'. It has only gone in very recently so it may be some time before it does the job.
