I have this in a pot. What a little beauty it is. Certainly eye- catching.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly lives up to its name Chloris 😄
DeleteI love small irises but they seem to do a disappearing act on me.
ReplyDeleteOh dear Sue. I think that they can be fickle and are often happier in pots.
DeleteShe is so pretty Anna, and when I first read the post I was going to say that none of my little irises were fliwering yet, but since then one has opened in the Coop. Is your outside, and in the ground or in a pot?
ReplyDeleteYes she is most pretty Cathy. All my irises are are outside in pots. 'Eye Catcher' is in a pot near a house wall but 'Katharine Hodgkin' is in a more exposed spot and also open. The others have still to flower.
DeleteI was only looking at KH earlier today, hope to see you posting a picture soon, maybe I can then decide what to dig out to make room for her.
ReplyDeleteThese little iris are a cheerful spring sight. I have all mine in pots this year, I seemed to loose them in the garden.
