F IS FOR?
FERRIS WHEEL!
This is the Ferris wheel which graced Liverpool's Chavasse Park in December last year, providing much fun for families and friends alike. A more permanent structure is to be erected on Liverpool's fabulous water front later this year.

ReplyDeletelove the use of the Proud Mary lyrics - John Fogerty would be pleased.
Nice photos. I've always been leery of ferris wheels and preferred to keep my feet on the ground. Excellent F choice!sterid

ReplyDeleteF is for favorite and these are mine :)
ReplyDeleteWow, that is some structure! I love the architectural quality of the second photo.
ReplyDeleteIt brings back memories of going on a ferris wheel as a teenager and being exhilerated and petrified at the same time!

Love 'em.
ReplyDeletelast one I did was the London eye back in 2004.
Love the detail and pattern on the close up photo.
ReplyDeleteAnna, Fantastic "F" - that is one ride I can tolerate and sort of enjoy, probably because of the view! I love the second photo especially!
ReplyDeleteIt's such a long time since I went on a Ferris wheel! Those temporary structures scare me, but I'm planning to go on the London Eye sometime this year!
