W IS FOR?
WHY DID I THINK IT WAS X THIS WEEK?
I have been wracking my brain all week thinking that we are up to X and was just about to post when I wisely went over to ABC Wednesday! So here is a last minute post - a photo of my variegated weigela which was very floriferous this spring.
Why don't you wander over to ABC Wednesday for more on the letter W?

'Florifelous' A new word! Ad it says all there is to say about your lovely shot. I can't wait for your 'X'. Lucky you! You've got it done already!
ReplyDeleteThese senior moments come to us all, I seem to be getting more and more of them these days. What a gorgeous colour your weigela is and it looks lovely with the variegated leaves.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget next week is A. (smile) I always like to rub into younger people when they forget.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I know all about senior moments! Last night hubby and I had a deep chat regarding his business. This morning I joined him at his workshop for out 10 o'clock cuppa! He says to me ...."So how did you get on with the wind turbine people?"......ahem.......what turbine people i thought to myself! "They said to call back later!" Ahem .......
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking part, always a fun day don't you think?

Anna, LOL, you don't even have to be senior to have those moments, trust me! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't think mine are senior moments yet (I'm still 40 something!) but I have blonde moments - regularly!!!

Oh, I have those moments all the time. All week I've been one day ahead of myself - does that happen to anyone?
ReplyDeleteLovely flower...and you have heightened my curiosity regarding next week's X post! :)
ReplyDeleteLaughing. Glad I'm not the only one this happens to. The last minute post is spectacular. I don't know weigela but it's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, Anna!
ReplyDeletebtw: I used to call it "baby brain" when I was pregnant - but it has never come back. I sometimes call my toddler by the cat's name...yikes! :)
Senior moments are now coming along often, and writing notes for myself is now mandatory. *chuckle*
ReplyDeleteWeigela is always lovely.
ReplyDeleteX is difficult, I could only think of xeric and oh, x-ray!
