'The Year's At The Spring'

"The year's at the spring,
And day's at the morn;
Morning's at seven;
The hill-side's dew-pearled;
The lark's on the wing;
The snail's on the thorn;
God's in his Heaven—
All's right with the world!"

- Robert Browning 1812 - 1889, excerpt from 'Pippa Passes'

The very first day of spring and oh what a glorious day once it got going. This beautiful tree is just down the road and has come into full blossom this week. Coffee break over and back to the greenhouse !

  2. In a little while 9the sun hasn't been on them long enough yet) I will have at least THREE open crocuses! And yesterday I saw some crocuses in a park (though I have no idea where my own are...). Hooray spring!
